Arrival

Our scheduling is designed to provide the accurate time needed for services. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment. Late arrival may cause your treatment to be shortened or rescheduled, as we need to stay on time for our other clients.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and cash.

Gratuity

Gratuities are gratefully accepted at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding services.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased in the salon at any time.

Cancellation Policy

Because your services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We appreciate a 24-hour notice for all cancellations.

Refund Policy

There are no returns on products. An even exchange or store credit will be given within two weeks of purchase. No cash refunds.

Redo Policy

We strive to give the best service to our clients, but if you have an issue with your hair color or cut, we ask that you call within five days of your appointment if changes need to be made to your hair. Notice after five days of the appointment may result in additional charges.
