Booking an Appointment

A valid credit card on file is required to be on file at the time appointments are booked.


Our scheduling is designed to provide accurate time needed for services. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment. Late arrival may cause your treatment to be shortened or rescheduled, as we must stay on time for our other clients. In the event you are more than fifteen (15) minutes late to an appointment, and arrangements cannot be made to accommodate the resulting delay in the commencement of your service(s), the appointment will be rescheduled to a time convenient to you. And, your failure to timely arrive for the initial appointment will result in a charge to your credit card of a late fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

Policy for No Show, Cancellation, or Last Minute Rescheduling

Your appointments at Barnette’s Salon are important to us and are reserved exclusively for you. The credit card number you provide to the Salon at the time your appointment is made guarantees your reservation for the services you requested.

Cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment must be made – more than
24 hours – before the scheduled time of your appointment – by calling the appropriate Salon location.

Your failure to give the Salon the required 24 hours notice will result in a charge to your credit card of a late fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the scheduled service value.

Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment, are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.


We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Check, and Cash.


Gratuities are greatly accepted at your discretion in appreciation of outstanding services.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards may be purchased in the salon at any time.

Product Return Policy

There are no refunds on products. An even exchange or store credit will be given within two weeks of purchase on any unopened retail items.

Redo Policy

We strive to give the best service to our clients, but if you have an issue with your hair color or cut, we ask that you call within five days of your appointment if changes need to be made to your hair. Notice after five days of the appointment may result in additional charges.
